Dr. Fiona's guided meditations facilitate a process of letting go of negative emotions, thinking, experiences and energy that may cause us stress, pain or suffering. These meditations incorporate breath work, body awareness, spoken releases and affirmations to help us lift our consciousness, change our perceptions and benefit our relationships.
