Challenges

I have long-term health issues and before I met Dr. Fi, I’d been through a number of practitioners and diets with no success.

I’d also been unhappy at work for a long time but didn’t know how to get myself out. And I was so fatigued that when I got home, I wanted to just bury myself in my bedroom and hide.

I had nothing to give to my family or friends, and very little to give to myself.

Experience

When I heard about Finding Bliss, I thought, “those success stories don’t happen to me.” But Dr Fi was the first doctor who didn’t make me feel like I was going crazy, so I trusted my gut instinct about her.

The program turned out to be much more interactive and community-oriented than I’d expected. I was often quite uplifted and inspired by hearing what others were going through, and the follow-up calls with Dr Fi made it feel more personal than just getting a bunch of videos and being left to do the work yourself.

Results

Through the program, I’ve learned that even with a chronic illness, I’m able to choose how I respond. I also cultivated a sense of worthiness and ended up accepting a new job offer that hadn’t even been advertised.

Since starting Finding Bliss, I’ve lost my brain fog and become a lighter and brighter person. Now when I come home from work, I want to take the dog for a walk and I’m happy to cook tea. And as Dr Fi would say, the family’s now in the flow. My husband and I have better communication and connection, and my daughter is more centred. 

Things are lighter, things are easier, and I just create more.

Challenges

When I met Dr Fi, my family and I were struggling with mould poisoning and other long-term health issues.

My three-year-old son wasn’t behaving like himself. My vision had become so blurred that I felt unable to work or drive. And I was so busy researching medication and diets for our family that I couldn’t be present for my children. I worried I wasn’t a good mother. 

Experience

In our first phone call, Dr Fi gave me this overwhelming feeling of being heard for the first time in a long time. She made me realise I needed to rise up to this and start putting myself first—not just for myself, but for my family.

Through the teachings and sessions, I discovered how to stop buying into my mind chatter and worst-case-scenario thinking. I learned how to breathe through my blurred vision. I started sitting down with my children to just play, and they’ve thrived on it.

Results

Finding Bliss has been the single most profound thing I’ve done for myself. It’s given me support, growth, and a sense of who I am instead of being stuck in this negative spiral.

It’s opened my eyes to living consciously, and I’m getting so much more out of each experience just by being grateful and connecting with my children. It feels priceless because now I know life won’t pass me by. You have one chance with your children, especially when they’re little. I’m loving it and I’m living it.

Challenges

Before Finding Bliss, I was struggling to find the energy to socialise, to be present in my relationship, and to make the most of my new opportunities. I never felt truly terrible, but I was always 10-20% below a comfortable energy baseline and I felt like I was missing out on everything a little bit.

I’ve had ongoing thyroid issues, and I was coming into an intense period in my job. I knew, deep down, that I wasn’t going to be able to hold it all together without burning out.

Experience

Finding the program was the absolute best thing I could have done. Fi was warm, genuine, and a qualified doctor, and even though I’m quite a sceptical person, I always felt I was in safe hands with her.

I’m the kind of person who thinks, “I can do this on my own.” But I’ve always struggled with discipline when I get busy, and I wondered if I would find the time to keep up with Finding Bliss. It turned out to be quite easy; the community aspect of the program gave me the accountability I needed to stay on track. Everyone was in it together and we gave each other strength.

Results

The first change I noticed was that my low-level anxiety and subconscious chatter started to slow down. I felt like I’d had this little energy leak that I didn’t know about, and once that tension decreased, my mood and energy became more stable, I started sleeping better, my focus improved, and I felt more joyful and in control. It was easy to make all these small improvements that collectively had a huge impact.

I sailed through the intense period at work, and it’s been the best six months of my life professionally. On top of that, medical testing showed that over the course of the Finding Bliss program, I reduced my autoimmune markers by half.

Finding Bliss left me with a strong sense of confidence that regardless of the challenges that come from this point forward, I’m well equipped to deal with them.

Challenges

Before Finding Bliss my life was ruled by fear and self-criticism - thoughts that I was not good enough or worthy enough to lead a meaningful life. When I was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes I had little hope for the future.

Results

The way I think and feel about myself has dramatically changed since starting Finding Bliss. I live with more purpose, embrace every opportunity and am a lot kinder toward myself. Amazingly, I’ve reversed my diagnosis of Type 1 Diabetes, reduced my insulin intake and have lost 9Kg since I started.

“I left with great energy, a return to playfulness and overall stability in body and mind”


Challenges

At the time of looking for help my body was waning. The smallest challenge, undesired outcome or interference would pull me and my family to a halt. 

I had been familiar with anxiety for years prior but this was beyond anxiety; my body had no resources left, no room for error. My gastrointestinal system was predictably unpredictable; irregular heart beats were disabling; exhaustion, dizziness, difficulty thinking and quickness to anger were common and persistent.

My day to day life was more about trying to recoup or at least level out my body for 5 minutes to get traction. I was not living, I was not mother, I was not partner, I was definitely not my own.

Results

Finding Bliss initially gave me a place to rest, showed me that I could rest. From here I was able to stabilise and learn the value of knowing one self, firstly surprised about how much I didn't listen to or know myself, and second how much this interferes with my well being and contentment.

I left with great energy, a return to playfulness, more willingness to participate, growing emotional awareness and overall stability in body and mind. Knowing that in any times of challenges I have the tools to process and move through them.

Challenges

Prior to Finding Bliss, I found myself dreaming of my old life. I desperately wanted to be back there but found myself stuck in a pattern of denial, waiting for things to miraculously change. 

I was low in energy, felt lethargic, had stopped exercising and was gaining weight.

I tried numerous different courses and studied many books. Despite my many efforts to change my mindset and the state of my health, nothing seemed to stick. And it left me feeling worse off; a deeper sense of failure and despair.

Experience

The Finding Bliss course is what finally worked for me. There was so much relevant content delivered - it really provided everything I needed to set myself up for success. First I learned how to be kind & compassionate toward myself, which is where it all starts really.

The support and accountability along the way helped me to bust through the procrastination and self-sabotage that had been a large part of my problem since the beginning. The way the course is designed helps you to practice all that it teaches in a beautiful way.

Results

Now I feel my life has taken a turn in the right direction. I feel a new level of confidence as I’m seeing big shifts in my mood and energy. 

It really is wonderful to reflect on my level of motivation compared to before. I am actually doing the things I know will help me and feel great excitement about what I can achieve with this newfound feeling.

“I am experiencing an ease with life that I have never felt before”

Challenges

Prior to joining Finding Bliss I had just left a 9 year relationship and instead of embracing the new opportunity, I felt lost and lacking in worth in my personal life. My vitality was dwindling, and what little fire remained within was fast being extinguished in the running of my business. 

My health issues (osteoporosis and bowel inflammation) were growing in complexity, my medication list more prolific and the likelihood of more surgeries was hanging over me. I felt depressed, exhausted and fearful about my future health. 

On top of it all, my history of childhood trauma continued to destabilise me. Despite years of therapy, I hadn’t been able to maintain a daily routine to keep me grounded in life.

Experience

I found the Finding Bliss program to be very holistic, addressing all aspects of being including mental, physical, emotional and spiritual. 

The weekly sessions were very supportive and being with only women helped heal parts of me that I thought were already healed. I learned to attract and stand in my own light and power and now recognise there is a true gift in this.

Results

I am experiencing a level of energy that I haven’t had for years. I can now walk for an hour each day and can complete the strength training that supports my bones and general wellbeing. 

I have managed to decrease my medications and I haven’t experienced any further bone fractures or gut flares since starting the program.  

My inner beliefs around my health have completely changed and I feel confident about my health long term. I now see a future where I’m healed and full of vitality. If any hiccups are experienced, it’s handled with much greater peace and acceptance. 

I have a newfound respect for my spiritual life that provides immense clarity now and for the future.

Challenges

Just prior to starting Finding Bliss I felt like my life was not mine. My mood swung so wildly to the point I could barely trust my emotions. I didn’t recognise the woman I was becoming and felt out of control a large portion of the time. At times it felt as though I had a split personality. 

I was angry, depressed & exhausted. My anxiety was through the roof, especially at work and in the weeks leading up to my period. My menses were heavy and painful - there was clearly some significant hormonal dysfunction going on.  

I was burnt out from work and life & my relationships were deteriorating. Put simply, I was at my wits end.

Experience

I came to this program broken and now I have a new lease on life. I am 100% creating a life that I love.  

I felt skeptical about so much initially, but when it landed, it was so insightful. The concepts and tools in action just work. Key tip - consistency of aim and effort!!! Do everything as much as you can and it will happen.

Results

The change in me has simply been mind blowing - I feel completely different. I am calm, rational and happy. I feel energised, my mood has regulated & my periods are far far better, with no PMS symptoms at all now.  

My relationships are amazing, especially the one I now have with myself. I feel like I am in control again. Life feels simple and exciting, like there is nothing that I can’t achieve.
